A new Thai restaurant inspired by traditional flavors of Thailand’s best food from around the country. Our chef and owner was born in Bangkok, but his father was from Trang (Southern Thailand close by Phuket). He grew up with both Bangkok street food and Southern Thai style food at home. Every morning before school his grandmother would take him to the local food market to buy the freshest ingredients to cook at home. At the age of 5, His mother and the nanny taught him how to cook. He spent a lot of time every summer breaks from school in Roi Et (Northeastern Thailand) where his grandmother lived, and was lucky enough to explore to the incredible great suburb lifestyle filled with wildlife animals for hunting, game, and most importantly, food cultures. He enjoyed a lot of homemade food around the area. By the time he was 11 years old, he had the opportunity to move again with his mother to Lampang ( northern Thailand next to Chiang Mai ) and once again was explored to a totally different lifestyle and uniqe food culture. He came to Las Vegas by the age of 17 in 1994 straight from Bangkok, Thailand.
