Costume-themed, walk, bike, or run on the CHIMERA CART PATH. Sponsorship promotes prizes, games, and event. Judges are resident volunteers.

Note: 2021Turkey Trot & Bike was on Olivia Parkway, but we are back at Chimera again.
COMPLIANCE
Event bicyclists and pedestrians travel in a clockwise-only direction of travel and remain on the designated cart path.
Registration includes a waiver.
TURKEY TROT & BIKE FAQ
Q: How far is the Turkey Trot route?
A. The entire cart path distance is 5 miles, but people can do less as desired. Since the shotgun golf tournament starts at 8:00 AM, you are required to exit the cart path at 7:55. Use the nearest exit and avoid walking on the grass.
It's a social affair for comic relief seeing everybody in goofy getups. Not a real race.
Q: Is this an HOA event?
A: This is not an HOA event. It's organized by resident volunteers.

A: On the Chimera Golf cart path traveling clockwise. Click to see the route map.
Q: Where do I check-in for the activity? See check-in on the map.
A: There will be a check-in table by the "Starter Shack" and putting green and Chimera Pavilion. Park in the Chimera lot.
Q: Do I have to wear a turkey-themed costume?
A: Any Tuscany resident or guest can participate. This is NOT a race. Registered attendees in costume are eligible to win prizes for the best turkey-themed costume.
Q. Can I invite friends or family if they don't live in Tuscany?
A: Yes, please follow the usual DwellingLive process to add your guests to the security gate access. Share this link for them to register:

Q: Why are the Early Bird tickets cheaper than the Late Registration?
A: Event planning is more work when attendees wait to register in the final days before the event. We give an incentive to those who will commit early.
Q: Will burn enough calories to eat all I want on Thanksgiving?
A: Yes! Register and attend the Turkey Burn Post-Thanksgiving Bootcamp on the Via Colmo Ridge for guiltless indulgence.
