After having an amazing day and night 1 under the electric sky in Orlando, we were ready for our continued adventures at Tinker Field. Day 2 had a stacked lineup for me, there were a TON of artists I wanted to see so sadly, I wasn’t able to see all of them. However, Day 2 ended up being my favorite day of the, now, 3-day festival.

With a lot of dubstep and bass artists playing that day, I was extremely excited. I also wore one of my favorite outfits on this day and because it was chilly, it ended up being perfect! My boyfriend and I decided to match with two daring statement outfits.

WARNING: excessively loud prints below.

We started day 2 with Calyx & TeeBee, who plays a unique sound loaded up with drum and bass. I had never been to a drum and bass set before then and I can officially say that I enjoyed myself.

Then, I HAD TO check out Salvatore Ganacci after seeing videos of him dancing on stage during his set at  Tomorrowland 2018. His set was amazing, he played fun songs, dancing along with the crowd and has great call and repeats where he had the whole crowd laughing queerly time themselves.

Check out some of my pictures from his set!

Salvatore Ganacci ended up being the most surprising act of the weekend for me. I absolutely consider myself a fan of his after seeing him at EDCO.

After Salvatore, we had to see Tampa’s pride and joy, Blunts & Blondes at Circuit Grounds. He seriously made us proud to be from Tampa and brought so much energy to the festival during his heavy bass set.

After that, I saw a bit of Riot Ten before grabbing some dinner. My friends told me later that I missed one hell of a set. But I definitely enjoyed checking out the art as I walked through the festival to get food.

After eating a hotdog and having a soda, I headed to the main stage to check out Afrojack. I really wanted to catch his set after hearing him talk at the Winter Music Conference last March in Miami. His set was great and I loved it when he announced his gratitude to the crowd.

The next Allstar to play on Kinetic Field was Space Mom, Rezz. She left the crowd in awe with her spooky vibes and wonky sounds.

Halfway through Rezz, we returned to Circuit Grounds for Black Tiger Sex Machine. We hadn’t seen them since they played Frequency Burst last year in Orlando on Labor Day and we were excited to catch their new set. We got even more excited when they announced 3 new dates on their tour coming up in January 2020. They announced a show in Jacksonville, Orlando and TAMPA BAY. So get excited Tampa, the Futuristic Thriller Tour is coming to The RITZ Ybor on March 27th, 2020.

Check out the video of their announcement at EDC.

Ending off day 2 was the ultimate EDM showman, Excision. When I say showman, I mean it with the utmost respect. Excision put on THE BEST set of EDC Orlando, production-wise. He utilized the screens and visuals unlike anyone else. Check out the following GIFs guiding me to a proven point.

Day 2 was my favorite day where I got to see some of my favorite artists play killer sets when I hadn’t seen them in a while. And yet again, we were heading home and already looking forward to another day, for the first time, under the electric sun.
